Our school is blessed to have an extremely generous and dynamic parent group. The parents play a crucial role in the ongoing support of teachers and children.
The Parents and Friends Association provides a wide range of teaching resources and their ministry of service is focused on the children’s welfare and learning. Every parent is urged to be fully involved in our P & F activities and to contribute their talents, time, energy and resources for the benefit of our children. The P&F meet twice a term in the school library.
All volunteer workers in schools are required to undergo child protection training. The NSW Child Protection (Prohibited Employment) Act 1998 requires schools to ask all volunteers to complete an online child protection training module and undertaking before you can assist in the school.
We believe education is the joint responsibility of parents and other carers, teachers and children and that by working together we can provide the best possible learning outcomes for our students.
